Description 

I fell in love with this unusual Opal the moment I saw it, it has so much fire and colour play and changes depending on the light. It is incredible in low light but I'm struggling to capture that on camera.

The Opal is solid, has a rose cut faceted top and measures approximately 12mm diameter. It is round but not quite perfectly round, although that might be the facets distracting the eye. 

I've set it simply in a sterling silver bezel setting on a sturdy wraparound band that crosses underneath the setting. This makes the uk N sized ring very slightly adjustable up or down one size. 

Opals are a delicate stone so this is not recommended for everyday wear. They can also lose their colour when wet but that will return as they dry. Chemicals and oils can damage them permanently so this is definitely one to take off whilst washing or using hand cream.
